WARNING: UNAUTHORIZED SUPPLIERS
Exhibitors, please be wary of companies who may misrepresent themselves as being affiliated with our event. This is an ongoing issue in the trade show and exhibition industry.
We are aware of several different types of unauthorized suppliers who solicit exhibitors by phone and email to try to sell:
- Hotel rooms
- Attendee email lists
- Advertising (other than our official Show Guide or partner trade publications)
Click HERE for examples of unauthorized suppliers.
Note: in some cases it appears that the supplier is simply asking exhibitors to verify/confirm their contact information. Please be sure to always read the fine print! We’ve had exhibitors receive costly invoices after responding to these types of emails.
Our list of official show suppliers is above. Any time you are contacted by a third party company claiming they are affiliated with the show and you are concerned about its legitimacy, it is best to contact the Show Manager or another member of the show team to verify.
