DMC is also a partner in Innu DMC, an Indigenous partnership established to deliver services in Labrador with Anastasia Qupee, former Grand Chief of the Innu Nation, serving as DMC’s partner in Innu DMC Safety Services Inc.

For more than two decades, DMC has supported hundreds of employers by providing proactive, high-touch solutions that reduce the duration and cost of employee absences while promoting safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Our services include management of workers’ compensation claims management, sick leave/STD/LTD claims management; development and delivery of customized attendance and accommodation programs; and comprehensive OH&S consulting, training, and industrial hygiene services.
